Darnell J. Wilson,

After graduating from Kent State and working as an RN for several years, Darnell felt compelled to give back to the campus that helped him discover Christ. In 2010, he took on the responsibility of leading NEO Impact into a new era of ministry. He is a Pastor at Grace Baptist Church. For fun, he enjoys hanging out with his cat and watching the Cleveland Browns try to win football games. Darnell currently resides in Cleveland, OH.
Taylor Barkley, Coach at Kent State Chapter
Taylor Barkley is a recent Kent State Graduate from Columbus OH. She is now entering her season of serving as the coach for the Kent State Impact chapter. This published author joined Impact her junior year of college after years of running from where she felt God was calling her. She was so impacted by the unconditional love and community that Impact offered, that she decided to plant her self here and serve as an campus coach as she juggles full time work at the City Mission and adjusting to life post grad. She loved connecting with the students and feels that Impact is her home away from home as she continues to serve and grow in her own relationship with Jesus.
Michael Grandison, Coach at Cleveland Chapter
Michael Grandison is originally from Columbus, Ohio joined staff with Cru after graduating from Capital University in 2016. After getting married to his wife Vanessa in July 2021, Michael moved to Cleveland to serve with Cru and Neo Impact. Michael enjoys singing, making popcorn, and playing games among other things. He is passionate about students being transformed by God through coming to know and experience life with Him.
